Can the organizer see the matches?
The organizer page shows names and individual links, not an assignment table. The organizer can still open those links, so this works best with a trusted organizer.
What happens if the exclusions make a draw impossible?
We check the complete set of pairings before saving a draw. If no valid pairing exists, we ask you to remove an exclusion or add another person.
Can I change the group after drawing?
Yes. From your organizer page, add or remove people and review whose match must change. We preserve as many pairings as possible and keep existing exclusion rules. Tell the affected people before they buy. Their links show the updated draw; removed links stop working. Older draws may require a new exchange.
Can we share wishes and ask questions?
Each private link lets a participant add interests, sizes, things to avoid and a wishlist viewing link. Their assigned giver can read those wishes and ask questions without showing their name. Replies appear in the exchange; no email notifications are sent.
Do I need to save anything?
Keep your private organizer link so you can copy participant links again. Links last one year. No emails are collected or sent, and there is no account-based recovery.
